DESIGN

    From the Design Consult you will receive a Return Brief detailing the project's design scope for the next phase.

    From the Concept Design you will receive:

    • Preliminary Sketch Plan (PSP) including general layout

    • Concept/mood boards

    • 3D renders (optional extra)

  • Here, we refine the concept, detail out the specifics, and choose materials. This phase includes all necessary plans, elevations, and specifications for tendering and construction.

    This is a continuation from the the Design Consult providing the additional:

    • Final Sketch Plan (FSP)

      • Detailed plans and elevations inc. joinery design and details

      • Material list and specifications

    • 3D renders (optional extra)

BUILD

  • Leveraging our expertise, we ensure top-quality execution. We collaborate closely with a network of trusted and skilled contractors to establish the budget and schedule, ensuring smooth project delivery.

  • Using our deep expertise, we guarantee high-quality workmanship. Our team diligently manages contractors to adhere to the agreed budget and timeline, facilitating a seamless completion.

DECORATE
